How does the Invisalign® procedure work?
For the patient candidate for Invisalign therapy, an intra-oral and panoramic X-ray is performed to identify the dental pathologies to be treated before treatment, together with a 3D scan. 3D scanning allows us to obtain high quality and precise images of the patient's teeth and serves as a starting point for creating a 100% personalized treatment.
With the result of the scan, we create a 3D video montage in order to simulate the weekly changes that will be obtained thanks to the use of aligners. Once the patient has accepted the final video result, they are ready to begin the alignment process
